AmeriCorps members mobilize 4 million volunteers annually across the country. Get More Facts.

AmeriCorps Week

In Arizona and across the nation, for more than two decades, AmeriCorps members have helped make our nation stronger, safer, and healthier. Dedicated citizens serving as AmeriCorps members are tackling tough challenges.

Today in Arizona, more than 2,000 AmeriCorps members of various ages, backgrounds and abilities helped to meet local needs at more than 450 locations.

In addition to showing appreciation for Arizona’s AmeriCorps members, our main goal is to increase overall awareness of the valuable contributions made by every AmeriCorps member every day serving in Arizona organizations, Arizona communities, and across the country. Please join us in celebrating AmeriCorps in Arizona by participating in #AmeriCorpsWorks4AZ.
